brary District will host our fourth annual Local Author Book Fair on S
aturday\, December 6\, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Alton Square Ma
ll.\n\nMeet local authors\, buy their books\, and have them autographe
d! The event will also feature library card registration\, a showcase 
of our Library of Things collection\, a prize drawing\, and other libr
ary highlights.\n\nThere will also be activities and story times for t
he kids. You can browse and make purchases&mdash\;and be sure to leave
some time to explore Hayner Library at Alton Square Mall.\n\nAuthors\
, this will be an excellent opportunity to introduce your books to fri
ends and neighbors. Patrons\, find a new favorite author and stock up 
on books to keep you entertained during the cold winter nights. There 
will undoubtedly be titles for everyone on your holiday shopping list&
mdash\;and even a stocking stuffer or two!\n\nIf you&rsquo\;re an auth
or with books to sell\, don&rsquo\;t miss this opportunity. Author reg
istration begins Wednesday\, October 1\, 2025. Reserve your table now

rlibrary.org.\n\nThe library will provide tables and tablecloths for a
uthors. Authors can bring promotional materials and books to sell. Aut
hors are responsible for bringing their own banking supplies. Authors 
should plan to arrive at 10:00 a.m. to set up their tables. There is a
limit of twenty-five tables\, so act fast!\n\nLast year&rsquo\;s even
