DESCRIPTION:Every Wednesday from Oct. 8 through Oct. 29\, pedestrian-o
nly Foundry Way will transform into an open-air market from 5:30 to 8:
30 p.m. Perennial will lead guests through make-and-take crafts using 
only secondhand materials with a new craft that matches that night's t
heme. Illusionist Christian the Magician\, presented by Museum of Illu
sions\, will perform while live music echoes through the district from
the EXPATio Rooftop. A fire pit lounge and photo opp awaits guests\, 
with sweet and savory s&rsquo\;mores kits available from Steve&rsquo\;
s Meltdown in the Food Hall.\n\nEach week will also feature special gu
ests and themed programming\, with the first two weeks dedicated to ce
lebrating St. Louis. The last two weeks of October\, City Foundry full
y embraces the Halloween spirit with back-to-back parties catering to 
both families and adults.\n\nOct. 29 - The City Foundry Halloween Part
y\n\nCompete in the official costume contest presented by Museum of Il
lusions: Best Costume takes home a $750 cash prize\, plus a $250 ticke
t and prize pack. Runner Up takes home a $250 cash prize and $100 tick
et and prize pack. The criteria? Wow the judges with your commitment t
