Curtain's Up Theater Company proudly presents our summer production of Annie! Come journey with us back to the 1930s to follow the classic story an orphan who transforms and impacts the lives around her by keeping her spirits up and staying hopeful even in the darkest of times.

With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. Determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City orphanage that is run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan... Annie uses the help of the other girls in the orphanage & escapes to the wondrous world of NYC. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie is able to foil Miss Hannigan's evil machinations... & even make new friends such as President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary Grace Farrell, & even a lovable mutt named Sandy!
We've got a tremendous cast and we can't wait for you to see it. This show will have you both crying and laughing and will leave you hopeful in knowing that 'the sun will come out tomorrow.'
