St. Louis Classical Guitar presents Cavatina Duo, classical guitarist Denis Azabagic and flutist Eugenia Moliner, on Saturday, January 18th, at 7:30pm at Salem United Methodist Church.
The Chicago-based Cavatina Duo is a dynamic force in the realm of chamber music. Eugenia Moliner, flute (Spain) and Denis Azabagic, guitar (Bosnia), have earned much international acclaim, solidifying their position as one of the most exceptional flute and guitar duos worldwide.
The Cavatina Duo integrates music of classical and contemporary forms, expanding the flute and guitar repertoire with renowned composers. Expect a program that includes Spanish, Balkan, Baroque, and dance music for guitar and flute. The duo would like to invite members of the Bosnian community in St. Louis to their performance.
