This event has been canceled. This Memory Café will be a harvest festival themed gathering, where patrons are welcome to come and go as they please. We will provide activities to bring people together and foster reminiscing. What is a Memory Café? Memory Cafés are a comfortable and welcoming place for those experiencing Alzheimer’s Disease or any other form of dementia, along with their loved ones, to connect, socialize, and build new support networks. Registration is not required and refreshments will be provided.
