Free and Confidential Anxiety and Depression screenings are being held at Senior Services Plus. The screenings will be conducted by OSF St. Anthony's Psychological Services.
OSF St. Anthony's Psychological Services will be conducting anxiety and depression screenings. The screenings will be 10-15 minute. Participants will receive post-screening recommendations. 6 spots are available for reservations and walk ins are welcome as well. Please call 618-465-3298 ext. 123 to schedule your appointment.
