Oasis Health will be hosting a Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)® program at Senior Services Plus every Thursday starting April 6, 2023 until May 11th, 2023 from 1:00pm-3pm. This FREE weekly class will be held for 6 weeks at SSP. The WRAP program is designed to assist people who are isolated and want to have more control in their life. Participants will receive a Wellness Toolbox that will assist them with their health and quality of life. Participants MUST register to attend this event.
