10 a.m. to 1 p.m. October 29 - City Center Park, Jerseyville
The Annual Halloween Festival will be held at City Center Park (across from the Stadium Theater) in Jerseyville. The Costume Contest (with cash prizes) will start at 10:00 a.m., followed by Trick or Treating to the downtown businesses at 11:30 a.m. when you can also grab a hot dog, make a craft and take a fun hayride. The library will be closed until 2 p.m. on that day.
