River Bend Yoga, with this Bi-Monthly open-space, seeks to offer anyone interested in participating in group meditation, the privilege of our space. Tea and water are provided, as well as relevant props to ensure your comfort during your meditation. (meditation cushions, bolsters, blankets…)

Originally trained in Vipassana Meditation, in connection with her yoga practice and teaching, she seeks to learn what opportunities life gives us to become more mindful. Facilitating this space is a part of her practice.
