About this event

Hosted by our Head Chef, Tim Evans, and one of our Brewing Ambassadors. You will take a journey through four different beer brands with four completely different taste profiles accompanied by a specially made four-course meal ( with some beer infusions!).

January Beer Pairing Dinner Menu

1st Course Stuffed Mushroom Tartlets Mini Tartlets loaded with Cream Cheese, Garlic, Chives, Crimini Mushrooms and Cheddar Paired with Elysian Space Dust

2nd Course Spicy Texas Style Chili with Fresh Jalapenos, Onion, Poblanos, Diced Tomatoes, Spicy Pork, Ground Beef and seasoning in a Budweiser Base. Paired with Stella Artois

3rd Course Braised Pork Loin topped with a Crimini Mushroom Demi-Glace with Mashed Potatoes and a Fire Roasted Corn Medley. Paired with Budweiser

4th Course Fresh cut Brioche, with Bananas and Walnuts in a House-Made Custard topped with Whipped Cream Paired with Hoegaarden
