Services

Addiction Services

Addiction, also known as Substance Use Disorder (SUD), is a serious chronic health condition where use of a substance is uncontrolled to the point where it creates social problems or results in risky use behaviors. The good news is: addiction is treatable. That’s why, at Centerstone, we’re committed to using evidence-based practice in our treatment programs. What does that mean? It means that the care plan we develop with you will be based on science and research provided by our Research Institute. Ready to get started now? Visit us at www.recoverwithus.org

Crisis Services

With specially trained crisis counselors, we are available 24 hours per day to support and respond to you, your family and friends who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Centerstone’s Crisis Call Center provides confidential, urgent mental health and crisis counseling by telephone, enhanced follow-up care, and resources for accessing needed services and support. We know that every crisis situation is unique, so when you call us, our counselors take the time to listen and determine the best course of action to help you or those you are concerned about.

Counseling

Counseling, also known as therapy, is one of the simplest ways to achieve a happier, healthier you. When you meet with a clinician for counseling, you’ll have the opportunity to speak openly about any challenges you may be having. Together, you and your counselor will work to build a plan and identify the tools to help you tackle any issues and get you back to being your full self.

Housing

We know how important a safe home is to our physical and mental well-being. Sometimes finding a home environment that is supportive of your recovery journey is difficult. That’s why we offer independent and supportive housing options for adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, as well as intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Medical and Psychiatric

We know that mental health care is not a one-size fits all. There are varying levels and even types of need. Some in our communities require a dedicated set of services. With a range of services including psychiatrists in addition to our other providers, primary care coordination and even special programs designed for those who are involved in the criminal justice program, more people can get the care they need to live their best lives. We design services to serve unique populations with unique needs in our communities.

Children and Family

Centerstone knows kids! We understand that families provide the foundation for wellness and belonging that can last generations. Our work with children starts early – helping expecting parents get ready for their new baby. From there, we have specialized services for every stage to help support families and children. Families come in all shapes and sizes, and our team of dedicated experts works closely with you to develop a care plan made just for you.

Military Services

Centerstone’s Military Services exists to break down barriers to care often experienced by our nation’s service members and their families. We are committed to providing mental health services for our heroes— including active duty service members, members of the National Guard or Reserves, veterans, and military family members. We are proud to offer our care to members of the military community regardless of the era in which they served or discharge status.
