2 plots at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
We would meet at Roselawn office to take care of the transfer and to receive payment (I would like a Cashiers Check). 

Roselawn sells the lots for $1200 each.  I am asking $900 each and I will pay the transfer fee of $110.
