Job Title: Computer, Cell Phone, Gaming Console Repair Technician

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Repair Technician to join our team at Riverbender Tech Center in Alton, IL. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of cell phone, gaming console and computer issues, including screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repairs, software troubleshooting, and data recovery. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of computer, cell phone and gaming console issues
• Provide excellent customer service to clients on the phone and in person, including answering questions, explaining repair procedures, and providing estimates.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest cell phone and computer repair techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma 
• 1+ years of experience repairing cell phones and computers for a business or related college coursework
• Strong understanding of cell phone and computer hardware and software
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
