We are seeking a passionate and self-driven individual with a desire to make a difference in people's lives.   You will have uncapped earning potential based on production. You will be part of a team that works together to acquire new business by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind.  You will be responsible for expanding the company’s book of business to new and existing clients.
 
Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license not required initially
• Successful sales background
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Be a great team player
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients

Responsibilities

• Meet new business goals and objectives as established
• Present insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
