Can we build it? Yes we can!

ALTON – The National Great Rivers Museum invites cub scouts to create their own engineering marvels at Cub Scout Build-a-thon on Saturday July 11th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Scouts will construct their own catapults and see how far it can send an object soaring through the air. They will build bridges and test if their creation can support weight. Boys will send rockets flying through the air and save an egg from breaking after the long drop from atop Melvin Price Locks and Dam. At the end of the day, your scout will be well on their way to completing the Engineering Activities Badge!
