Brant Walker's right to be on the ballot for Alton mayor has been challenged by Alton attorney Donald Groshong. Several witnesses were heard, including the city's comptroller and treasurer and a representative of Illinois American Water. Past due bills are among the allegations against Walker, as anyone with delinquent accounts is not allowed to run for public office.
