The Municipal Officers Electoral Board heard two challenges from Howard “Whitey” Lewis, who called into question portions of the petitions submitted by both Clyde W. Jones and Alan Winslow. In both cases, the objections centered around the addresses listed by the candidates on different parts of the petitions and the requirement to list certain information within the statement of candidacy
