The Class 3A and 4A girls basketball regionals tip off this week around the state. Civic Memorial is hosting a 3A regional starting (Monday) tonight at 7:30 pm as Jerseyville takes on Triad. The winner will face the host Lady Eagles tomorrow night at 6 pm here on Z-1570 and at altondailynews.com.

Other Class 3A regionals sites this week include: Columbia, Herrin, Jacksonville, and Mattoon.
The Class 4A Alton regional begins on Tuesday with the host Lady Redbirds facing Edwardsville at 6 pm followed by Springfield H.S. against Quincy H.S. at 7:30.
