After just one season, Marquette boys’ soccer coach Tim Gould is moving on. Gould has accepted a position as the athletic director for Decatur Eisenhower High School starting this summer. He will finish out the school year as an English teacher at Marquette.
Gould coached the Marquette boys’ soccer team to a 19-4-5 season last fall with a 2nd place finish in the IHSA 1A state finals. Before coming to Marquette, he coached at Mississippi University for Women, Blackburn College and at Carlinville High School where he was also a teacher. A search is expected to begin immediately to fill the position at Marquette.
