Illinois won at Nebraska, 71-51 in Big Ten Basketball Tuesday night. Illinois senior D.J. Richardson led the way with a career-high 30 points in the win. The victory ended a three-game losing streak for the Fighting Illini.
Illinois improves to 15-and-5 overall (2-and-4 in the conference). The Cornhuskers drop to 10-and-10 on the season (1-and-6 in the Big Ten).
