Tyler hit a three-pointer with four seconds left Sunday at Assembly Hall to give Illinois a thrilling 63-62 win over Gardner-Webb University.  With the Illini down by two (62-60) Griffey hit the long three pointer from the top of the key to give Illinois a 7-and-0 record.

Four Illinois players finished with 13 points each:  Griffey, Brandon Paul, D.J. Richardson, and Joseph Bertrand.

The Fighting Illini face Georgia Tech Wednesday night (8 pm) at Assembly Hall in Champaign as part of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.
