The Blues skated by the Philadelphia Flyers, 7-3 Thursday night at Enterprise Center.

 

St. Louis scored 5 goals in the first 9:41 of the game to set a franchise record for quickest 5-goal start to a game.  The Blues led 5-to-3 after one period. 

 

Blues first period goals: Ivan Barbashev, Ryan O'Reilly, Alexander Steen, Patrick Maroon, David Perron.

 

Goalie Jordan Binnington made 26 saves and set a team record for wins by a rookie with his 23rd victory of the season.  That breaks the record of 22 wins set by Jake Allen back in 2014-'15.
