Meanwhile, it was another night to forget for the Marquette Explorers as Quincy Notre Dame senior quarterback Joe McCaughey led the Raiders to an impressive 41-7 win. McCaughy started the scoring early, completing an 80 yard touchdown pass on the game's opening drive.

McCaughey was just getting started as he would finish the night 11-of-20 for 300 yards with four touchdowns through the air. The senior also ran for a touchdown in the victory.
