WEEK 5 of 5 Weeks to Wellness: Inflammation & Mason Jar Salads

We will be concluding our 5 weeks to wellness with a salad prep night at Vive Yoga Studio.

We all want to eat fresh and clean foods all week long, but struggle to get it done while juggling life's responsibilities.

My family loves quick easy meals! However the prepackaged type are so unhealthy. So we are mixing it up and having a Mason Jar POWER BOWL Party!

Come over and let's do some "cooperative cooking," except there is no cooking at all! Just simple assembly! ??

Here's how it will work: 1. Bring 3 yummy ingredients in bulk (list will be posted to exact what to bring soon)- I will provide a list below--PLEASE RSVP in the comments of the grocery list post below with what you will bring!

2. We will cover the bases with some yummy sauces for our bowls

3. You will need Quart-sized jars. The wide-mouthed jars work best. Bring however many mason jars you personally want to make for yourself for the week. I suggest 3, but bring an extra in case!

4. Come over and fill those soup jars up for yourself!

5. Head home with all your pre-made meals for the week!

It's a kid-friendly party, so bring the family!
