Lecture & Yoga Practice with Jen Jones

Join Jen for a discussion & yoga practice focused on the Kosha Model of Healing. The word kosha means sheath, and the yoga tradition teaches that we are made up of various layers - the physical self, the energy body, the mind/emotional self, the higher intellect and the bliss body. There are various ways to work with the different layers of who were are so that we feel more integrated and connected.

We will begin the workshop with a discussion on the koshas, and then we will delve deeply into various ways to impact the different sheaths.

After the discussion students will go through a yoga practice that is specifically designed to work with each of the different koshas. The yoga practice will be open levels and will include pranayama, meditation and singing bowls to conclude.
