Flow & Fly: Arm Balance Workshop

Jump into this 2-part Arm Balance and Transitions course to propel your practice to new heights. In session 1, you will explore and practice crow, side crow, flying pigeon and firefly. In session 2, you will revisit the arm balances and practice transitioning to the top of your mat, in a power yoga class. Both sessions are 2 hours and are a great way to dive deeper into flowing and flying.

Part 1: Let's Flow and Fly - All levels. This workshop will encourage you to explore your arm balance practice by incorporating hip opening and strength building. Jaime Conway will lead a power vinyasa yoga class, with a focus on accessing core strength, shoulder and hip opening and balance. This challenging 2 hour workshop will allow you to dig deeper into your practice. We will workshop bakasana (crow), parsva bakasana (side-crow), eka pada galavasana (flying pigeon) and titibasana (firefly) to prepare the body for more advanced arm balances and transitions. A desire to advance your yoga practice is all you need. This session is designed for those who are currently practicing or have the desire to learn arm balances.

Part 2: Let's Flow and Fly - Intermediate levels. In this workshop, you will revisit arm balances practiced in the previous week's session (crow, side crow, flying pigeon and firefly) and add in arm balance transitions to propel you to the top of your mat in power flow classes. Jaime Conway will lead a power vinyasa yoga class, with a focus on arm balances and transitions. This challenging 2 hour workshop will take your practice to a new level. This session is designed for those who currently practice arm balances and preferably attended session 1.

$50 when both sessions are booked together and $30 if purchased separately.
