Join our circle with the MandalaDiva Vibe Tribe and learn some self healing and comfort techniques that focus on body positive mindset through meditation. I will offer a guided meditation for body positive mindset and healing, and overall energy renewal. This meditation is designed to create higher self confidence, self acceptance, and self love as part of your overall wholeness and wellness. Location TBA, depending on attendance and weather.
