Gentle Touch Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga uses a wide range of props to support the body so you can completely relax. Sequences typically are only 5 or 6 poses, are held for 5 minutes or more and include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.

In restorative yoga, you’ll: • experience fully supportive stretches • release deep tension • enhance flexibility • discover where you’re holding stress • quiet your mind • calm your nervous system • develop patience and the ability to focus
