Our next seminar series is: I knew I would Be Successful - Positive Self Image & Self Care

Our next two hour seminar held on Wed., Feb. 21st from 6:45 to 8:45 pm we will be focusing on positive self image, positive self speak, and continue to develop ideas about self care. Wellness Coach Elizabeth Knect will be leading us through discussions related to positive self image and self speak. Chiropractor Dr. Arthur Langston will journey further into ideas about self care.

This event is appropriate for individuals in middle school to adult!
