Recliner to Runner Kickoff & Orientation

Ready to get started with a running program, but need the motivation of a group and the guidance of a running coach?

This is a 10 week program for beginners! People who have never ran before or who haven't ran in a several years. We start out alternating running with walking. Over time, we decrease the walking, increase the running, and at the end of 10 weeks....you're running 3.1 miles!

We meet as a group for our discussion and group training once a week. We discuss some topic related to running for about 20 minutes, we stretch together and train together as a group.

The cost is $20 per week. I ask everyone to prepay for the week, so that you're MINE for that week. (You can drop out of the Program at any time, with written notice (via email).
