Adult Cooking Class: Eckert’s Farmer’s Market - Spring Seasonal

Fresh fruits and vegetables are starting to make their ways to our kitchens and we are ready! We will also enjoy Herb Stuffed Chicken, Fresh Kale Salad with fresh fruit and cheese, and a Strawberry Rhubarb Crunch with Oats for dessert. We will also demonstrate the many ways to enjoy both green and white asparagus.
