Join Katie Roach for a concert featuring Tibetan Singing Bowls. These bowls are made from 7 metals and when played, produce specific sound frequencies that aid in balancing our Chakra System. Sound Therapy has been shown to help with anxiety, sleeplessness, and overall well-being. This concert will be 30 minutes and is a donation based event, with proceeds being given to The Oasis Center in Alton. Please RSVP as space is limited.
