FULL MOON/BLUE MOON/LUNAR ECLIPSE Since the full moon pours down so much energy, meditating during this time creates calmness, mindfulness and stillness. There are studies that prove the existence of a ripple effect of peace in the surrounding environment when a group meditates together. Meditating in a group is a fun and healthy way to socialize and learn a new skill that is good for our mind, body, and spirit. Just a donation for this gathering * (monetary or not, repurposed or up-cycled donations encouraged) with no postures involved, Samantha will begin with a few breathing techniques to quite the mind before enjoying stillness together. Perfect for those interested in starting a meditation practice or just looking to build community with likeminded people.
