Goat yoga may be all the rage, but goats have nothing on cats when it comes to doing yoga! There's not a yoga pose called "goat" but there IS a cat pose! Join me for a cat-themed and cat-infused yoga class at 6 pm on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Windows on Broadway (not my studio). Highland Animal Shelter will provide the felines that will accompany us during our practice and may even participate (they ARE cats, you know). We'll be encouraging them with cat toys from time to time.

Following our fun practice, stick around for a glass of wine and get to know our guests of honor. All cats will be available for adoption, so you may even find your purr-fect match!

The yoga practice will incorporate standing, seated, and floor postures with some vinyasa (flow). If you're new to yoga, no worries - I'll explain it as we go!

Windows on Broadway is graciously donating the space for our practice. This events venue is a wonderful space, not only for cat yoga, but for parties, showers and meetings. The address is 401 Broadway in Highland, IL. Come early and browse the art, fine furniture and antiques store in the back!

The cost for Cats on Mats is $20 with 100% of collected fees going to Highland Animal Shelter.
