This program is for toddlers 18-36 months old and a caregiver. We will explore books, music, rhyme, movement, and other techniques to help develop a love of language and reading. In order to provide quality programming, classes will be limited in number. O'Fallon Public Library card holders will be enrolled first and others as space permits.
