Intro to Yoga I
1/6/2018 -

Give yourself (or someone else) the gift of well-being at "the most beginner-friendly yoga studio in the Metro East."

Yoga is for every body. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to be flexible and bendy to learn yoga – increased flexibility and mobility are products of the practice. Other benefits of learning yoga include getting stronger, improving your circulation, increasing your self-esteem and self-discovery.

In this 4-week course, Di Rulo, 200RYT, will introduce you to the fundamental asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation along with some history and philosophy of yoga. This course is also appropriate for anyone who hasn’t practiced yoga for a while and needs a refresher.

Pre-paid registration is required to hold your spot. A minimum of four students are needed in order to hold the class.

Class runs Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Jan. 6 - Jan. 27. $60.

Sign up with a friend at the same time and you both receive $5 off (must refer each other).

The Yoga Connection is located on the premises of Be Well Now.
