Our great two hour self defense seminar will be held at Blue Wave Martial Arts and Fitness on 01/17/2018 from 7pm to 9pm. Wear clothes that you either feel like you will most likely be wearing in a self defense situation, or fitness clothes that you don't mind getting a little sweaty. We will be covering self defense technique basics, grab and hold releases and escapes and much more in the seminar.
