Hey Guys this progress check week will be run very differently compared to normal. Checks will only be done Monday and Tuesday so we want to make sure we are prepared to succeed. If you need extra help we strongly suggest getting a private lesson with a Sensei or Black Belt. OR that you come to our Prep class on the 16th.
