Power Up! Yoga for Kindergarten through 5th graders

Power Up your body and mind through the strengthening and healing art of yoga. Through breathing and stretching exercises, children realize incredible benefits including and not limited to the following.

Increased: Mood, Cognitive Function, Body Awareness & Acceptance, Muscle Flexibility & Range of Motion.

Reduced: Mental Stress, Physical Injuries.

Great for all bodies, both athletic and otherwise.

Suggested ages for this session are 4-10 and we are open to some accommodations. $75 for 6 week session.

Please bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat.
