The date for the 2018 Polar Plunge and Donut Dash at Carlyle Lake has been set.

Donut Dash $30 online / $35 day of This is a 5K race with three donut stops along the route that racers can eat donuts to deduct time from their overall time. It is a test of physical agility and one's ability to eat donuts. Registration for the race starts at 8:30 and the dash starts at 10:00. Dashers who register online by February 9 will recieve a Donut Dash t-shirt. They become first come, first serve on race day.

Polar Plunge $100 Over the past few years we have had days where it felt amazing to jump in the water and times that it felt like you would become an icecycle. Registration is free, but once you post the link on your social medial or e-mail it out you will find out that your friends are more than willing to pay to see you jump into cold water. $100 gets you pleasure of joining other plunges in taking the plunge for Special Olympics Illinois as well as recieving a Polar Plunge hooded sweatshirt. There are other insentive prizes ar $250, $500, and $1,000.
