It is the 3rd Annual Halloween Dog Parade at Joe Glik Park and it is guaranteed to be “Barkin’ Mad.” * Saturday- October 21, 2017 * Registration begins at 10:30am * Parade starts at 11:00am * Joe Glik Park-Edwardsville, IL * There is no need to pre-register, just come and have fun.A donation of $20 per dog is suggested * CASH Prizes for best Pooch Costume based on originality, creativity, behavior and theme with owners Parade Rules 1) All dogs must remain leashed. 2) Rabies and vaccinations must be current. 3) Wear I.D. tags at all times. 4) No dogs in heat. 5) No aggressive dogs. 6) Costumes must be safe and comfortable for dogs. 7) No puppies under 4 months or w/o vaccinations. 8) Please pick up any deposits yourself or your pooch may leave 9) Have fun!
