Come learn about the diversity and importance of seasonal and semipermanent wetlands in the Midwestern United States and attempts to restore these habitats. This talk will feature Terrestrial Wildlife Ecologist John Crawford. • Tour from 6-7 p.m. Talk Starts at 7 p.m. Have you been to NGRREC's facility recently? Are you curious about the many ways in which the organization works on the river? Would you like to meet some of the staff and have the opportunity to ask questions and take a look around? If so, join NGRREC for this offering, Neighbor Nights @NGRREC. Neighbor Nights will take place on the first Tuesday of every month, from 5:30-8 p.m., NGRREC will be open for you to come and go as you please. Feel free to explore our lobby, our native landscaping and/or take a stroll up to our green roof. A tour of the entire building will take place at 6 p.m., and a short presentation on a different river project each month with start at 7 p.m. Attend one or both of these, or just drop by for a bit!
