Madison County Health Department will begin using the new food code on January 1, 2018. To educate food handlers and provide facilities with the new rules and regulations, Health Department staff are providing a 90 minute training on the important changes to the food code. Daytime presentations will be offered at the Health Department in Wood River and evening presentations will be offered in various locations throughout the county. Seating is limited.
