Join us for this year's Jerseyville Halloween Festival! 10:30 AM -- Costume Judging will take place at Lion's Club Park; prizes awarded in several different age categories immediately after judging is complete. 11:30 AM -- Parade along State Street to CVS 11:45 AM - 12:30 PM -- Trick-or-Treating to participating merchants along State Street 12:00 - 1:00 PM -- Carnival Games, hayride, hotdogs, drinks, and inflatable fun on the Jerseyville Library parking lot!
