The Recreation Department will be hosting its’ 32ndt Annual Halloween Party on Monday, October 23, 2017, from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wood River resident children up to the 5th grade are invited to join in the fun! There will be entertainment, candy, and a costume contest.
