Studio Gaia will be hosting an Easy Yoga Flow class to benefit The Dachshund Rescue of St. Louis! 

 

Class will start at 7:15 but can only hold around 20 people (get there early to reserve your spot!). This is a beginner class so all levels of yogis welcome! 

 

Dana Greco will be our instructor for the evening! Class fee is $13 and will benefit the medical bills for our rescue! Please come out, clear your mind, stretch your body, and help the dogs!!
