Please join us for the Hartford Halloween Parade.  Parade line up begins and 12:15 at Hartford Community Center by Caseys.  Parade starts at 1:00 p.m. heads down Delmar Avenue from the Community Center to the 7th Street Park.

Come join us for the fun, bring your float and costumes and walk in the parade.
