Join us in this special 2 hour Yoga and Fitness Workshop with Jaime Sanchez ND as he leads us through how to incorporate yoga into your fitness regime.  Yoga is for everyone and especially benefical for even the most active athlete.  Learn how yoga tones and strengthens the body and improves balance and stability.  Prepare to get active as Dr. Sanchez leads us in a Vinyasa flow during the workshop.
