It may be hot this summer, but the Confluence Tower is celebrating all things "Frozen" on Saturday, Aug. 6.  Anna and Elsa from the movie "Frozen" will be on the upper two levels of the Tower for a meet and greet event and photos with their fans. Free Frozen souvenir balloon art from Jay "The Balloon Dude". Tower admission is $1 for children and $2 for adults.
