8:00 am : Registration near the tennis court - Rock Spring Park $25 Adults $15 Children

10:00 am : Walk starts - 1 mile on paved roads through the park

12:00 pm : Lunch, music and games for all paid participants

2:00 pm: Clean up

Sickle Cell Disease is an inherited blood disorder. It is the result of a genetic mutation. The mutation causes the painful sickle, or crescent shape of the cells. Sickle Cell diseases have been found in individuals from Greece, Italy, Syria, Southern India, Caribbean Island, South and Central America and here in our own community.
